Food Vendor Guidelines
Athens cheer is planned to operate the primary concession stand as a fundraiser. EOTS food vendors are selected to complement that concession rather than directly compete with it.
Preferred concepts may include specialty coffee, espresso drinks, hot chocolate, mini donuts, churros, specialty desserts, made-to-order treats, and other distinctive concepts approved by EOTS. Final menu approval is required.
Additional menu, operational, insurance, licensing, and venue requirements are included in the Vendor Application Packet.
Application + approval required
All vendor fees are non-refundable once paid.Vendor space is curated to maintain category balance, professionalism, and a strong event experience. Requesting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Payment is requested only after approval.
